How it works
- Join. Sign in to the client area with your email address and open Affiliate Program. Join from there, then copy your link; banners are there too.
- Share your link. Post it on your site, channel or socials, or send it to people you think would use the service. Any plan bought through it counts.
- Referrals are tracked automatically. Your link sets a cookie that lasts 180 days, so if someone visits through it and orders within that time, the order is credited to you, along with every renewal of it.
- Earnings clear. Each commission is held for 40 days before you can withdraw it. Commission on an order that's refunded, charged back, cancelled or fraudulent is reversed.
- Get paid. Once you have £25 or more cleared, request a payout as account credit, by PayPal or by bank transfer, in pounds. We review requests within 14 working days.
Affiliate links you've already shared still credit you.
You need an active TekLan VPN subscription to receive payouts.
Commission is income; you're responsible for any tax on it where you live.
Promoting TekLan VPN well
The referrals that stick are the ones that knew what they were buying. Describe the service as it is:
- What's true and useful to say: plans for 5, 10 or 20 devices from £2.99 a month, apps for phones, computers, TVs and browsers, WireGuard and OpenVPN, setup for routers and consoles through the VPN Dashboard, UK-based support by ticket.
- What not to claim: complete anonymity, protection from every threat, or guaranteed access to particular websites or streaming services. Our VPN safety page explains why.
- Say you're an affiliate. Make it clear you earn commission, and never present yourself as working for or speaking for TekLan VPN.
Terms
- Referrals are tracked automatically through your link. We can't add or change referral records by hand.
- Each commission is held for 40 days before it can be withdrawn, and we don't shorten this. Commission on refunded, charged-back, cancelled or fraudulent orders is reversed.
- Once you have at least £25 cleared you may request a payout, as account credit, by PayPal or by bank transfer, in GBP. Reviews take up to 14 working days; please don't submit several requests at once.
- Commission from fraudulent orders is deducted from future payouts or recovered through legal channels.
- We store the data needed to track referrals and make payments.
- Don't promote TekLan VPN in a way that causes confusion or alarm, or misrepresents the service.
- Any suggestion that crime is tolerated on the service ends your affiliate account, forfeits your earnings and may lead to legal action.
- We may change payout timing or rates, or end affiliate access, if we decide you're not suitable to represent the brand.
- You're responsible for tax on your earnings in your country. We don't give financial advice.
- Market yourself as an affiliate only. Implying you're employed by or officially represent TekLan VPN ends your affiliate account.
- You must hold an active TekLan VPN subscription to receive payouts.
