What’s the best way to manage my account?
Sign up, renew, add a new card or cancel your plan all via the client area – it’s fully self-service, no ticket required.
How do I access downloadable OVPN files or apps?
In the client area you’ll find links to OVPN files and app downloads; they’re also available on each setup guide page.
Do you offer trials?
We don’t offer free trials, as paying members fund our resources. Feel free to try a one-month plan at our standard rates.
How can I unblock a specific geo-locked service?
Use our Geo-Smart servers – they’re designed to bypass region locks with minimal fuss.
