Help shape what we build next

Beta access is available to TekLan VPN clients at no extra cost. Test upcoming releases, tell us what works and help us catch problems before wider release.

How to join the Beta Programme

All existing users can enrol for free:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to Services > View Add-ons.
  3. Find the “Beta access” add-on and click “Order”. It is free and ensures you receive every beta update.

Once activated, you’ll receive all future beta notifications via your chosen access method.

Join Android Beta

You can now join our Android beta directly via Google Play:

  1. Open our app page on Google Play.
  2. Scroll to the “Join the beta” section and tap “Join”.
  3. Wait a few minutes for enrolment to process, then update the app.

Once updated, you’ll receive early previews of new features. Feedback is always welcome.

Join Amazon Appstore Beta

We still provide direct downloads for Amazon beta builds:

The Amazon testing suite does not currently fit our release process, so beta builds are supplied directly.

Join Windows Beta

Windows Store integration is coming soon. Meanwhile, use direct downloads:

Follow the instructions in the beta email to access and install the build.

We’ll notify you by email once the Windows Store beta is live for automatic updates.

Join Apple TestFlight Beta

To access our iOS beta via TestFlight:

  1. Make sure you’ve activated the Beta Programme add-on (see above).
  2. We’ll email you a TestFlight invitation link. You only need to join once.
  3. Tap the link on your iOS device and follow the prompts to install TestFlight.
  4. Open TestFlight, accept the invite and install our beta app.

Test with purpose

Beta releases let clients try upcoming app, security and performance improvements before wider release. Builds are supplied through Google Play, TestFlight, direct Windows downloads or the Amazon Appstore, depending on the platform.

Tell us what worked, what did not and what felt unclear. That feedback goes directly into improving the final release for every TekLan VPN client.
