How do I cancel my TekLan VPN plan?

You can cancel at any time yourself, with no need to open a ticket. Cancelling is fully automatic: it stops future payments and ends the plan straight away or at the end of the term you have paid for.

Short answer: Sign in to the client area, open Services, choose your plan and select Cancel. If you subscribed in the iPhone, iPad or Mac app, cancel in your Apple Account instead.
Step by step

Cancel in the client area

  1. Sign in at the client area with your email address and password.
  2. Open Services and choose the VPN plan.
  3. Select Cancel and choose when it ends: Immediately, or At End of Term to keep using it until the end of the term you have paid for.
  4. Confirm. Future payments stop, and the plan ends when you chose.

If you pay with an old PayPal subscription, also cancel it in your PayPal account.

Billed by Apple

Subscribed in the app?

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone, iPad or Mac app are billed by Apple, so Apple handles cancelling: open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on an iPhone or iPad, choose TekLan VPN and select Cancel Subscription.
